# Arkio > Arkio turns sketches, words and floor plans into real 3D designs with an AI agent. Share a link, then walk through it before anything is built. Arkio is a 3D design tool for architects, designers, project teams and homeowners. Version 3.0 runs in the web browser: an AI design agent turns a sketch, a description, photos, a floor plan, a room program or an existing model into an editable 3D model. People share a design with one link and work on it together live or with comments, then walk through it at full scale in the browser on a computer, an iPad or a phone. A native iPad app and a VR version of 3.0 are coming next. Live render, AI renders and AI video are made from the 3D model. Models come in from and go out to Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Archicad and Navisworks. Arkio is built on FlexCell, its own volumetric modeling engine.
